Christopher Wellbelove DL
Founder, Chair

Born in London, Christopher’s birth father is black and came as part of the Windrush generation to the UK in the 1950s, hailing from Montserrat, and his birth mother is white from London.

Christopher is a Deputy Lieutenant for Greater London and the Representative Deputy Lieutenant for Lambeth. www.greaterlondonlieutenancy.com

Previously Christopher was an elected councillor in the London Borough of Lambeth for 16 years and twice served as Mayor of Lambeth.

Christopher has campaigned to raise awareness of domestic abuse and mental ill-health supporting charities such as Woman’s Aid and Mosaic Clubhouse.

Christopher is an accomplished marketer with over 26 years of experience primarily in digital marketing working for BT.

Dan Mian
Co – Founder, Director

Born in Birmingham, Dan and his two younger brothers grew up with two parents who have different skin colours, cultures, religions and belief systems.

His father is brown, born in Pakistan and moved to the UK as a teenager. His mother is white and is from the north of England.

Dan has over 8+ years commercial experience, now working in marketing for BT. He is also Comms Lead for BT’s Ethnic Diversity Network and leads several D&I initiatives.

Dan is the Founder of Gradvance, a career consulting business who have helped hundreds of students, graduates and early career professionals.

Dan is also a LinkedIn creator. He’s built a community of over 13K and his content has been viewed over 6M times.
