Christopher Wellbelove DL is a Deputy Lieutenant of Greater London and the Representative Deputy Lieutenant for Lambeth. Christopher is a former elected councillor, serving 16 years with various roles including Deputy Cabinet Member for Housing. He was one of the few in Lambeth’s history to be elected twice as Mayor.
Christopher is an accomplished marketer with over 27 years of experience primarily in digital marketing working across various parts of BT. Christopher worked with devolved governments and local authorities across Great Britain to drive take-up of superfast broadband as part of the BDUK programme. He was key to setting up BT Wholesale’s partner programme, Partner Plus, and along with developing the programme consults with partners to develop their marketing strategies.
